June 2021 Sydney to Hobart...

When I was first contacted by Lance and subsequently Beth, they both indicated that they would love to join me for the delivery of their new boat but weren't sue if they could get away from work. As usual, I tried to encourage them, explaining it was a great chance to really get to know their boat, hopefully I might be able to teach them something, it would be an adventure and (tongue in cheek) stated that in my opinion, 'work' was was overrated!!

Next thing I had two very keen new owners joining me! I congratulate them both on their attitude and planning as not a stone was left unturned and they prepared the boat meticulously. Subsequently, we didn't have a single problem the entire journey and added to that was the weather just got better and better the further we went to the extent that Bass Straight had less than 1 mtr swell.  We got to enjoy watching whales travelling north and dolphins frolicking on the bow of the boat.

I wish Beth and Lance much joy with Mojo, all the best and I look forward to catching up with them another day.
