Hammo to Sydney October 2022...

Probably the best prepared yacht I've had the pleasure to deliver. David and I met up at Hammo when I arrived to pick up Rumba a couple of months ago and showed me over the boat and I was immediately so impressed with the display of seamanship. Everything in its correct place, operational, logged on both layout plans and in the onboard manual. And... the piece de resistance was that a couple of months prior to the delivery, David asked me if I would take family friend Ally who has had extensive experience on super yachts in the Med so we had a very experienced hostess and deckhand to assist Murray and myself.

The delivery went seamlessly with NE winds (for a while, as promised by David) and an overnight at Kepple bay (waiting for the fuel to be open) and another overnight at Tangalooma  whilst the weather improved. So, all in all the whole trip in 7.5 days.
