<\/a><\/p>\nAfter cruising the Mediterranean for three years, owner Paul decided it was time to ship his superb yacht to Australia. He elected to have Plaseabo arrive in Newcastle and sail her down to her new home at Brighton YC Melbourne. Although Paul has had a good amount of experience, always erring on the side of caution, felt it best to have me with a bit more experience in these waters on board.<\/p>\n
Paul also invited Nathan to join us. A local Melbourne lad looking for sea miles was a great contribution to the crew.<\/p>\n
Although the photos only show smooth waters, we did have two days of 25kts on the nose between Eden and Wilsons Prom which proved that this “cruising” yacht can sail fast and comfortably in all conditions.<\/p>\n
